Shipping
No, we do not ship overseas at this time. We currently only ship orders within the United States.
Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that while we process and hand off your order quickly, delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, carriers may experience slight delays due to weather conditions, high seasonal volume, or unexpected transit issues.
Standard shipping is complimentary for all merchandise, and the full cost is entirely covered under your order. If you need your piece sooner, we also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options. The exact extra cost for these faster methods will be calculated and added automatically at checkout.
If your order has not left our facility yet, we are happy to update your delivery address. Please email the new details to orders@qizzdiamonds.com as soon as possible. Please note that for security and fraud prevention, we are completely unable to modify a billing address once an order has been submitted.
Orders & Returns
We want you to love your piece. If you wish to request a return for a refund, please contact us at orders@qizzdiamonds.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Full return eligibility guidelines can be reviewed HERE
Because our out-of-stock pieces are entirely custom-made to order, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production. This time is dedicated to sourcing the perfect, matching diamonds and gemstones, as well as the meticulous hand-craftsmanship of your jewelry. Once the piece is completed and passes our quality control, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for secure shipping and delivery to your door. In total, your custom piece will arrive within 7 to 10 weeks.
In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged, please email us immediately at orders@qizzdiamonds.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. Once received, our team will contact you directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please email us at orders@qizzdiamonds.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. Because our fulfillment begins immediately and custom items may go straight into production, certain changes or cancellations may not be possible after that window.

Because we work exclusively with solid gold and fine natural gemstones, our pricing directly reflects the current global market value of these precious raw materials. The market costs of fine gold, diamonds, and rare gemstones shift constantly. To ensure we are always offering the highest quality materials at their true, fair value, our prices may adjust periodically to reflect these market fluctuations.
We hold our pieces to the highest standards of luxury and technical precision. If you believe your item has a defect due to manufacturing or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately at orders@qizzdiamonds.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Once you reach out, our team will coordinate a secure delivery to our facility so we can physically review and inspect the piece. If our master jewelers determine that the issue is an inherent manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, we will gladly repair or restore the item completely complimentary.
Please note: Our complimentary defect coverage strictly applies to errors in production and craftsmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, loss of gemstones due to impact, or normal wear-and-tear that occurs after delivery.
We hold our pieces to the highest standards of luxury and technical precision. Qizz provides a dedicated craftsmanship warranty from the original date of delivery, covering one (1) complimentary repair provided our master jewelers determine the damage was caused strictly by an inherent manufacturing or production defect.
Our warranty timeframes are structured as follows:
- Standard Collections: Covered for 180 days from the date of delivery.
- Custom & Bespoke Designs: Covered for 360 days from the date of delivery to account for the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of custom craftmanship.
What is Excluded:
To protect our business standards, the Qizz warranty strictly does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items.
- Damage caused by accidental dropping, impact, improper storage, or normal wear-and-tear.
- Any pieces that have been resized, engraved, or modified by a third-party local jeweler.
How to Initiate a Review:
If you believe your piece has a production defect, please contact our team immediately at orders@qizzdiamonds.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Cold Enamel Masterwork:
We proudly stand behind the artistry of our cold enamel collections, including our signature evil eye bracelets, necklaces, and charms. Our warranty completely covers structural craftsmanship defects, such as a complete separation or loss of the enamel inlay from its precious metal setting. However, because enamel achieves its beautiful luster through a delicate glass-like resin finish, our warranty does not cover surface scratches, fractures, chipping, peeling, or discoloration caused after delivery by daily lifestyle wear, physical impacts, or chemical exposure (such as perfumes, sanitizers, and chlorine).
Please note that Qizz pieces are meticulously crafted, and slight, subtle variations from the product images are a natural result of fine jewelry production. These unique variations are considered part of the piece’s individual craftsmanship—they are not production flaws and are not covered under the manufacturing warranty.
