Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund under the following strict conditions:
Timeframe: The return must be initiated, and the item handed over to the carrier, within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date.
Pristine Condition: The item must be completely unworn, unused, unaltered, and unmodified in any way.
Packaging & Certificates: The item must be returned in its original luxury packaging, including all boxes, instructions, paperwork, gemological certificates, labels, tags, and accessories.
Authorized Shipping Only (Mandatory): You must use our complimentary, fully insured prepaid shipping label. Box the item securely and hand-deliver it to an authorized staff member at an official carrier location (FedEx/UPS) for a physical tracking scan. DO NOT USE UNMONITORED DROP BOXES. Unauthorized labels or independent carriers void our transit insurance and will be rejected.
Proof of Purchase: Your shipment must include the original packing slip or a copy of your receipt.
Final Sale & Inspection Fees:
All sales are final on special orders, custom designs, or jewelry that has been engraved, altered, or modified.
The final decision to accept a refund remains in our sole discretion following a thorough quality inspection. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and inspection fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Approved refunds are credited to the original method of payment within fourteen days of receiving the item.
