Qizz 3-Year Limited Warranty
Who is covered
This limited warranty is given by Qizz, LLC to the original purchaser of Qizz jewelry bought directly from Qizz, online or in person.
What is covered
For three (3) years from the date of delivery, we warrant that your Qizz piece will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. This includes loose or lost stones caused by a setting defect, prong failure, clasp failure, solder or link breakage, and, for enamel pieces, separation of the enamel inlay from its metal setting.
What we will do
If our jewelers confirm a covered defect, we will repair your piece at no charge. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a comparable piece of equal value. We cover fully insured shipping both ways. Every piece sent to us for a warranty repair is returned professionally cleaned and polished.
What is not covered
- Loss, theft, or damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, or improper care or storage
- Normal wear, such as scratches, dents, or bending. Solid gold is a soft metal and naturally shows wear over time.
- Damage caused by resizing, repair, engraving, or alteration performed by anyone other than Qizz
- Enamel surface scratches, chips, cracks, peeling, or discoloration caused by daily wear, impact, or chemicals such as perfume, sanitizer, solvents, or chlorine
How to make a claim
Within the warranty period, you can start a claim in either of two ways: email orders@qizzdiamonds.com, or submit a request through our Submit a Return page. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send you a complimentary, fully insured shipping label. Once our jewelers have inspected your piece, we will confirm whether the issue is covered and complete any covered repair, typically within 2 weeks. If the issue is not covered, we will send you a repair quote. If you decline the quote, we will return your piece to you at no charge. If a defect appears within your return window, you may choose either a repair under this warranty or a refund under our Return Policy.
Implied warranties
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the three-year duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
